Thank you for your fine service and quality product. I received my new 17inch paella pan and followed your recipe and added raw oysters and some cubed pork (from a boneless pork chop). The result was fantastic and my neighbor, who has owned restaurants and is a great cook, thought it was fabulous. He helped me eat it as his wife was out of town and returned the next night for leftovers and brought a friend. We ate it all! I purchased the 16 inch pan for my son, Chris, for his birthday in May. I have forwarded you a photo that Chris sent to us as he and a co-worker, Brent, cooked up paella for their office picnic in San Francisco. Chris is an architect and Brent is a graphic designer at MBT Architecture in S.F. They both enjoy cooking and had the firm purchase the large pan from your company and cooked for everyone. Maybe you could put their photo on your site.
