¡PAELLA!
Paella… What's that?? It's an interesting question with a delicious answer! Born in 19th century Valencia, Spain, paella (pronounced pie-A-yah) is a colorful blend of rice, shrimp, chicken, tomato, chorizo sausage, mussels and saffron. Using the same cooking style created by Spanish field laborers centuries ago, paella is prepared tableside in the traditional artisanal flat pan by Paella Master, Chef Scott McEvoy.
