Carbon Polished Steel with Red Handles

Carbon Polished Steel Pans are wonderful to make Paella the difference between Carbon Polished and Stainless Steel is that the Carbon Polished needs to be seasoned with oil after each use. All our Paella pans are designed with the dimples to cook the rice properly and also help to create the sucrec which is the true sign of a good Paella.
First time use on a Carbon Polished Steel pan you must boil water in it for 15 minutes then wash dry and season the pan with oil.   Continue to wash and season the pan with oil after each use.
