Mornin' Diana and John,

After receiving my paella pan and burner this past Friday, I cooked my first paella Sunday evening. I took the pan and burner over to my folks place and, using Diana's Paella recipe as a starting point, I put together a wonderful meal.

With my first attempt being such a success, I can only imagine that my palleas will only get better as time goes on. I can't wait to get the next one cooking!
