HI Diana,

The Taste of Spain went swimmingly. We raised $24,000+. We had over 32 different Spanish wines to taste and then I did up the Tapas table with Olives, Roasted Yellow and Red Peppers, Marinated Mushrooms, and Artichokes. Three kindsof very tasty Spanish Cheeses and Serrano Ham. Grilled Tuna on Olive Crostini, Bacon and Bread Stick with a Glaze Spinach Balls with a Mustard Sauce, Beef Empanadas, and Garlic Shrimp. Caramelized Onion, Date, and Goat Cheese TartTortilla Espanola, Shrimp, Avocado, and Lime Salsa. Grilled Mini Rack of Lamb Chops with a Apricot and Roasted SerranoChili Pepper dipping sauce. AND THE HIT OF THE EVENING YOUR PAELLA SERVED IN MY NEW PAELLA PANS, WHICH HAD ARRIVED IN A TIMELY MANOR. My Diana cooked them perfectly, following your directions. It was absolutely the perfect touch. Thank you.
Now on to another subject. Do your know where I can get Manzanilla Olives. The kind they serve in the bars in Spain. I hope you may tell me where to look.

Diana:
I received "La Paellera" today, thank you it was exactly what we wanted. Please let me know when you have a promotion, so I can get the smaller size pan.  I am having a dinner party for 30 people on the 18th, I can't wait to show off my Paellera !   What is the smallest amount of Zafran that I can buy ? I like to have some on hand, because I am sure I will be making paella often now.
