Just a note to let you know my pan arrived a few days ago safe and sound. I can hardly wait to use it. You must understand that living in Thermopolis Wyoming is certainly a challenge for finding fresh sea food and saffron, not to mention some of the other ingredients. Anyway, we are use to traveling 2 hours to get groceries at the big cities.

I received the paella pans today and I must say they came at a perfect time! Life can be so full of twist and turns, you know what I mean? Anyhow, I am very pleased with the purchase and look forward to my first "authentic" paella dinner. And speaking of, I will email you my recipe (it's a little dif than yours, I like to use pork ribs and a healthy rabbit when it can be found. You may not believe me, but I have already used all of the saffron that you sent about a month ago. I need to purchase two more boxes of the 20 paks, one for my brother and one for myself. You could either send both to me, or send one to me and one to my brother. Please note that I want to pay for both. Let me know what to do.
